Distinguishing geometric classes of trapezoid orders

Abstract - There are a number of obvious subclasses of trapezoid
orders, all defined by geometric properties. We'll review the
definitions of these (given partially in Ken's talk last time) and give
an overview of the examples used to show that these classes are in
fact all distinct.
