Nicholas Horton earned an A.B. from Harvard College and a Sc.D. in biostatistics from Harvard School of Public Health.
His fields of interest include the development of models for the analysis of longitudinal studies with incomplete observations; statistical education.
Horton is the co-author of SAS and R: Data Management, Statistical Analysis, and Graphics (Chapman and Hall). He received the Waller Award from the American Statistical Association for innovation in the teaching of introductory statistics.
