Liaisons

Mathematics majors are represented by their liaisons. They are chaired by the Assistant to the Chair, Emily Cox.

In addition to their usual responsibilities, the liaisons generally plan a number of activities over the year. In the past these have included:

• running department picnics and organizing the department's weekly tea.
  
• organizing book sales (old math texts)
  
• producing T-shirts
  
• inviting panels of alumnae to discuss careers
  
• planning the annual reception for seniors and alumnae, graduation weekend
  
• publishing Math Matters, a newsletter for mathematics majors
  
• assisting in the presentation of the major
  
• hosting
